1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bvd8 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player") who registers an account on or accesses the services available at bvd8.org. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and bvd8. Please read them in full before using the platform.

By creating an account on bvd8.org, clicking any confirmation checkbox during registration, or by simply accessing and using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific products. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

bvd8 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the contact information held on their account. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bvd8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bvd8 strictly enforces a 21+ policy and does not permit players under 21 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you and must not be subject to any legal disability that prevents you from forming an enforceable contract.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account at bvd8. Holding more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.
• Accurate information: All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number and payment account details — must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. bvd8 may request documentary proof of identity and age at any time.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order. If you have previously self-excluded from bvd8 and that exclusion period remains active, you may not register a new account.

bvd8 employs age verification procedures and may suspend an account pending verification if there is any reason to doubt that a player meets the eligibility requirements. During a verification period the player will not be permitted to deposit, withdraw or place bets.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access bvd8's full range of products, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During registration you will be asked to provide personal details including a valid mobile phone number, which serves as your primary account identifier and is used for OTP verification. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is and remains accurate.

Account Security Obligations

• You must keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• You are fully responsible for all activity on your account, including all deposits, withdrawals, bets and transactions made using your credentials, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify bvd8 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if you suspect your credentials have been compromised.
• bvd8 customer support staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any message claiming to be from bvd8 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

bvd8 may require identity verification at any point during your use of the platform, including before processing a withdrawal. Verification may require you to submit a government-issued photo identification document such as a National Identity Card or passport, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. All documents submitted must be valid, genuine and unaltered.

bvd8 operates a know-your-customer (KYC) policy consistent with standard anti-money laundering practices. We are entitled to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited on the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

bvd8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no platform-level maximum deposit cap, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

• bKash and Nagad — deposits are typically credited to your account within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
• Rocket and Upay — deposits are processed within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
• Visa and Mastercard — processing times may vary and are subject to standard international card network timelines.
• bvd8 does not charge any fee on deposits from the platform side; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for deposits, consistent with bvd8's anti-money laundering policy. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be held pending KYC completion. Typical processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad and Rocket: Typically processed within 10 to 15 minutes of approval, subject to mobile wallet provider processing times.
• Upay: Typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Visa and Mastercard: Subject to standard international card network processing times, which may be 1 to 5 business days.
• Enhanced due diligence cases: bvd8 may withhold a withdrawal for up to 7 business days where enhanced KYC or AML review is required. Players will be notified promptly if this applies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bvd8 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless the individual promotion states a different rollover multiplier.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the individual offer. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as part of meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• bvd8 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence that a player has attempted to exploit, abuse or circumvent the bonus terms, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies intended to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account closure.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Where a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, bvd8 may deduct the outstanding bonus balance and associated winnings from the withdrawal amount before processing. Real-money funds deposited separately from any active bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification.

6. Responsible Gaming

bvd8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players from within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount that can be deposited. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session reminders: Players may configure time reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play, prompting them to review their gaming activity.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. During self-exclusion the account is suspended and the player will not be permitted to deposit, bet or access promotional content. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.
• Reality checks: Players may enable on-screen notifications displaying total session duration and net win/loss position at regular intervals during a gaming session.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bvd8. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of all funds held within it, without any obligation on bvd8 to provide prior warning:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account, whether with or without that person's consent.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or at any other point of interaction with bvd8.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm or other automated tool to interact with the platform, including to place bets, trigger bonuses or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live dealer games, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner that constitutes collusion under standard gaming industry definitions.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing any illegal activity, or any transaction prohibited under applicable law or international AML standards.
• Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals or any action designed to recover funds from a payment provider after those funds have been credited to a bvd8 account and used for betting.

bvd8 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and financial institutions in any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering or other financial crime involving a bvd8 account. All account and transaction records are retained in accordance with our data retention policy and may be disclosed to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on bvd8.org — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game integrations and all other materials — is the property of bvd8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any part of the bvd8 platform without prior written consent from bvd8.

The bvd8 brand name, logo and any associated trademarks are the exclusive property of bvd8. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the bvd8 name, logo or trademarks without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of bvd8 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bvd8 excludes all liability for any losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a bet placed on the platform, including losses arising from technical errors, service interruptions or platform downtime where those events did not result from bvd8's gross negligence.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other economic or consequential losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content published on the platform, including game descriptions, odds, statistics or promotional materials.
• Any loss or damage arising from the actions, content or services of third-party game providers, payment processors or other external parties whose services are integrated into or accessible through the bvd8 platform.

10. Privacy and Data

bvd8 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at bvd8.org/privacy-policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

bvd8 uses technical and organisational security measures designed to protect player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These include SSL encryption for all data in transit, access controls limiting who may access player account data, and regular security reviews. No internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security, and bvd8 cannot be held responsible for security breaches resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

bvd8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, security obligations or prohibited conduct rules.
• bvd8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other form of financial crime or platform manipulation in connection with the account.
• The player has failed to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period following a formal request by bvd8.
• The player has requested voluntary closure of their account, including where account closure is requested as part of a self-exclusion arrangement.

Upon termination, bvd8 will process any withdrawal of genuine real-money funds (excluding bonus balances or funds derived from bonus play that have not met applicable wagering requirements) to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Where an account is terminated due to fraud or a material breach of these Terms, bvd8 reserves the right to withhold all funds pending investigation.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bvd8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When amendments are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects a player's rights or obligations — bvd8 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players in advance using the contact information held on their account, whether by push notification, in-platform message or email.

Your continued use of the bvd8 platform after any amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account before it takes effect by contacting bvd8 support. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method upon voluntary account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bvd8 makes no representation that the platform or its services are available or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh, and accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited is done at the player's own risk and legal responsibility.
